How do I get access the Music Business Institute products, programs and courses I have purchased?

Once you have placed an order for a Music Business Institute product, program or course you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the members website and details on how you can login. This e-mail is not the same as your payment receipt, and it will arrive separately of that message.

You can also go to and request a new password using the email address you signed up with.

Note: In rare situations, over-aggressive e-mail filters can block this important e-mail message. Please check the spam folder in your e-mail program to see if it landed there. If you cannot find it - please contact customer support for information on how you can get access to to the members area. We're very sorry for this inconvenience, and we continue to look for ways to limit or eliminate these unfortunate issues.
